Your account, your choice.

You can permanently delete either your Opinr account or your separate Ma'alob safety account at any time. Choose the account you want to remove.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile and personal account information
  • Your time capsules and other account content
  • Your access to Opinr products and account settings

What may be retained

Limited aggregated or de-identified service records may be retained when required for security, reliability, or legal obligations. They are no longer connected to your account.

Using Ma'alob?

Your Ma'alob safety account and your Opinr account can be deleted separately. To delete Ma'alob data without deleting Opinr, use the Ma'alob app's account controls or sign in to Ma'alob's deletion page.

Simple process

Delete your account in three steps

    Sign in

    Use the Opinr account you want to remove.

    Open account settings

    Choose Delete account from the settings navigation.

    Review and confirm

    Confirm the warning and submit the final deletion request.
